Another day, another rip-off

Last month I got charged £360 by AOL for one month's service that should have cost £6. I phoned them, got £195 refunded to my bank and £64 credited to my AOL account for four months free service, and was promised that nothing would be taken from my bank account until January when the 4 free months were up.

Yesterday, I got charged £157 by AOL for the following month's service. -.- I called THREE TIMES, and finally got £100 refunded. I've still been overcharged by some £160, not including the £50 (at least) bank charges I've incurred because the bill from AOL took me over my overdraft limit.

Grrr!!

Always happens to me, dunnit. But then I believe that bad things happen to nice people 'cause nice people can take what's dished out to them without flipping out drastically.

I'm still alive. So it's all good ;)

Weekend went well... and that's all I'm gonna say cuz I'm hiding shyly from Alex-shaped blog readers ;)

Planning to go and visit Iain in Italy from the evening of the 24th November 'til the 28th November - for Thanksgiving weekend, since he has a 4 day weekend then. Wheeeee. Just need to find the airport 'cause it seems to be a very obscure one.

Should be hearing about a job I applied for this week - whether I've been shortlisted or not - then they're interviewing Monday. Arrrgh stress hate interviews - and this one's gonna be with people I'm already working with so double arrrrgh.

Oh well - week is over half done, yay.

Hope it went ok on the interview Del. Not easy when it's people you work with, but they already know how brilliant you are.Rache xx

Cuz? Cuz! You've slipped into textspeak, I can't believe it!

Blooming A oh well. I've heard that it is like having several of your limbs removed when you try to cancel your contract, looks like they were right.

Good to see you're still blogging.
